Well, this is a new experience
for me. My house typically has very very reliable electricity.
I haven't even had a brown-out in 2+ years. Last Thursday, this website
was unavailable for several hours because the electricity usage in Southern
California was too high and SoCal Edison started rolling blackouts.
Basically, different cities took turns having no electricity. Oh
well, it doesn't hurt my site too much, but if you have a business that
depends on your website, those rolling blackouts could cost you quite a
bit of business. Something to consider if you are hosting from home.
