When I bought this Qube 2, it came with a 20 gig 7200 rpm IBM hard disk.  I thought this was serious overkill for what I needed this server to do, so I swapped it out and replaced it with this 10 gig 5400 rpm Western Digital.  Now the server is a bit quieter because of the decreased rpm's.

Again, here is the hard drive and exhaust fan.  This exhaust fan is quite noisy so I decided to unplug it and instead use a slot cooler in the PCI slot.

The CPU and memory are located on a daughter card that plugs into the motherboard.  Here, I take out the daughter card.

Here is 64 megs of 3.3V RAM.  Mind you, this is not regular RAM, but some strange RAM that is insanely expensive.  Luckily, the newer Qube 3's take regular PC100 RAM, not this stuff.

Here is the MIP 250 Mhz CPU.  I don't know much about it except it is manufactured by QED.
